This system is a customer service supporting system which supports servicing to customers who visit an office. In addition, a customer identification information-acquiring device 20 which acquires the customer identification information stored in a recording medium 30 which the customers who visit the office have and a customer-managing device 10 which is connected with the customer identification information-acquiring device 20 are provided. The customer-managing device 10 is provided with a customer identification information-receiving part 100 which receives customer identification information and order information from the customer identification information-acquiring device 20, an order data base 120 that corresponds the order information, which the customer identification information-receiving part 100 receives, to the customer identification information and stores it, and an outputting part 108 for service- giving persons which outputs the customer information to terminals, which are available to the service-giving persons, in timing which is based on the order information stored in the order data base 120 according to the customer identification information.
