Abstract:
To provide a customer service system capable of providing a user with a service such as point return even in an unmanned store such as a coin laundry, and of being operated easily.
A coin repeater 2 installed in a store 1 to put a charge therein is connected to a management server 13 through the Internet 12. The use situation of a device for providing a service is thereby acquired, and information of a QR code 6 read by a camera of a cellphone 7 is transmitted to the management server 13 from a user to specify the user and a washing machine. A conventional point card is thereby dispensed with, and even the user of the unmanned store can be provided with various privilege services.
