Abstract:

To reduce technology accumulation and the labor required of service providers by promoting the compiling of a database of the contents of customer access and answers to questions while facilitating communication in response to a variety of inquiries, demands, opinions and complaints from customers and to increase customer satisfaction by responding to customers in real time.

A system includes a support server for providing user support; a support terminal connected to the support server for providing support information as necessary; and a function performing means mounted in the support server for providing the support information when accessed by a user. The function performing means includes an automatic answering means for automatically answering to users by providing the support information, and an answer processing means which provides support information from a person in charge of support by being connected to the support terminal if the automatic answering means cannot deal with access.
