Abstract:

To provide a customized GUI and its creating method capable of designing a GUI in response to a special order of a user, reducing a development load and a development cost, eliminating a need to understand an existing inherent GUI, providing easy and immediate operation, and reducing an operation load.

In a digital photoprint system providing an output image such as a photographic print from a document image, the GUI is used in parallel with an inherent graphical user interface (GUI) preset in a digital photograph printer outputting the output image, it is defined by using at least a plurality of standardized procedure commands of a minimum number necessary for carrying out basic operations of the digital photograph printer that are disclosed to a third party, and it is created in response to the special order of the user.
