Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut mark detection device constituted so that a detection signal whose S/N is as high as possible can be obtained regardless of the change of a carrying state in order to suppress the occurrence of such a state that a cut mark is erroneously detected or it is not detected.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a light emission part 91 arranged at one surface side of a photographic paper 3 and set for emitting a light beam toward the paper 3, a first light receiving part 92 and a second light receiving part 93 arranged along in the carrying direction of the paper 3 at the other surface side of the paper 3 by giving an interval and a signal processing means (95 and 5g) detecting the cut mark formed at the paper 3 based on a first signal obtained by the first light receiving part 92 and a second signal obtained by the second light receiving part 93.
