Abstract:
To provide a system for determining collection work of cut members formed by cutting a cutting material and efficiently performing it in a short period of time in accordance with a cutting failure of the cutting material and a change in a cutting order, according to a cut member collection system and a cut member collection method related to the present invention.SOLUTION: A cut member collection system 1 includes: a cutting schedule program preparation part 300 for determining a program execution order of an NC program for cutting to be inputted to a cutting device 100 by arrangement information on a cutting material W acquired by the cutting device 100 for cutting the cutting material W; a picking data preparation part 400 for preparing picking NC data for allowing a picking device 200 to collect a plurality of cut members cut from the cutting material W; and a linkage schedule preparation part 500 for determining a picking order for collecting the cut members of the linkable picking device 200, and preparing a picking NC program for the picking device 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
