CONSTITUTION: A cut-off wall 1 to be constructed by extending to only a specific width and depth under the ground G is constructed of a softening material such as muddy water mortar to be reinforced with a reinforcing cage of fiber reinforced resin, bentonite concrete and others. The reinforcing cage 3 is formed in the shape of a cage of grillage members crossing a bundle of textiles each other consisting of a plurality of textiles of fiber reinforced resin which are uniformized. According to the constitution, the cut-off wall having good follow efficiency against ground deformation and having excellent anticorrosiveness as well as ample strength can be obtained.
