Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutform for FAX-OCR easy to see at the time of entry and capable of minimizing the effect on a transmission speed due to FAX.
CONSTITUTION: A rule or character is printed on a transfer written request using a drop-out color excepting preliminarily printed writing data 6,7. At this time, the character 8 showing the entry item of a transfer requester is thickly or darkly printed as compared with other rule or character using the drop-out color or the color akin to the drop-out color and a rule is constituted of three kinds of a thick line with a thickness of 0.8mm provided so as to surround a requester entry column, a box rule with a thickness of 0.3μm for entering figures or characters one by one and a fine line with a thickness of 0.2mm provided to other area. Further, the thickly or darkly printed character 8 is arranged so as to be separated from a reading region due to OCR by 3mm or more.
