In a cuticle cutter 1, a cutting blade 3 is connected to the tip of a holder part 2. While, the rear end of the holder part 2 is formed in a thin piece spatula part 6 when necessary. In this case, a slip preventive machined part 7 is formed in a fingertip abutting position of the older part 2. For example, plural ribs are added or plural grooves are carved, and knurling machining is applied. The fingertip abutting position of the holder part 2 is formed in a constricted part 8, and the slip preventive machined part 7 may be formed in this part. Accordingly, since the holder part 2 can be constituted so as to be easily gripped and nonslipping, convenience in use of the cuticle cutter 1 can be improved. Thus, beauty treatment of nails of hands and feet can be easily and safely performed.
