PURPOSE: To provide a cutter abrasive tool capable of easily grinding a cutter with good cutting quality.

CONSTITUTION: This cutter abrasive tool is provided with a support base 13 having tilt holes on both side faces, two holders 20 fixed with a diamond grinding wheel 22 on one side inserted with a shaft protruded on the other side into the tilt holes, and a case 1 having a head section 3 formed with a storage chamber storing the support base 13 inside and a hold section 4 extended on the head section 3. Cutter inserting slits 9 reaching the surface of the diamond grinding wheel 22 are formed at two positions on the head section 3, and a guide face 10a pressing a cutter inserted into the cutter inserting slit 9 to the diamond grinding wheel 22 at the prescribed angle is formed on one face of each cutter inserting slit 9.
