To provide a sheet processing method which enables a first blade having blade parts AB, BC to cut to an end of a sheet.SOLUTION: In a sheet processing method, a rotary part 5 is rotated to move a tip AB of a first blade 7 toward an upper sheet 2 facing the tip AB of the first blade 7 to cut a portion of the upper sheet 2 facing the tip AB of the first blade 7.
