Abstract:
To provide a cutting blade configured so as to stabilize suction force acting on the cutting blade and to prevent a foreign matter from intruding into a gap and a suction passage.SOLUTION: A cutting blade is attached to a flange mechanism by suction force acting from a suction passage of the flange mechanism which includes an annular support surface, a suction passage whose one end open toward a region closer to inside than the support surface in a radial direction and a fitting part arranged in the region closer to inside than the support surface in the radial direction. The cutting blade includes: a disk-shape main body region having a surface with a size and a shape that are enough to cover a front face side of the flange mechanism including the support surface; a cutting blade region having an annular cutting blade along an outer peripheral edge of the main body region; and a fitting region provided at the front surface side of the main body region and formed to be fittable to the fitting part of the flange mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
