Abstract:
To provide a new technique that can reduce time required for adjusting a condition of a cutting blade required before processing a work-piece after the cutting blade is replaced, to improve productivity.SOLUTION: A cutting blade manufacturing method comprises: a cutting blade holding step of holding a cutting blade 21 not yet adjusted, in order to attach the blade to a blade mount 24 of a cutting unit; a cutting blade heating step of heating a hub base of the cutting blade 21 so that an inner diameter of a fitting hole having the inner diameter below an outer diameter of a boss part 241 of the blade mount 24 is enlarged; and a cutting blade attaching step of attaching the fitting hole enlarged by heating to the boss part 241 of the mount 24 and cooling the hub base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
