Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade capable of highly accurately processing a bore, and prolonging a lifetime of a blade mount.SOLUTION: A cutting blade, which is mounted to a spindle of a cutting device, comprises: an annular blade; and an annular thin plate which is adhered to at least one side of the annular blade, and has a mounting hole formed at the center. An outside diameter of the thin plate is smaller than an outside diameter of the annular blade, and greater than a bore diameter. The mounting hole of the thin plate is formed to be equal to or smaller than the bore diameter of the annular blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
