Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce total cost of a cutting blade even if constraining performance is increased in order to mass-produce a material for forging which has a long service-life and high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting blade on movable side for constrained type shearing machine consists of an annular blade body 45 which is in contact with a peripheral face of a long bar and is formed by an annular blade surrounding the long bar and a non-annular constraining body 49 which has a contact face in contact with a partial peripheral face on the movable direction side of the long bar, is formed by a non-annular binding member on the movable direction side only, and can be separated. Inner faces of the annular blade body 45 and the non-annular binding body 49 are cylindrical faces 46, 51, and a positioning pin 55 for connecting the cylindrical faces continuously each other passes therethrough so that a material for forging which increases constraining property and has a long service life and high accuracy is mass-produced and unit price of the cutting blade is reduced.
