This device is provided with a cutting chip receiving box 10 having an aperture part on a cutting chip guide plate 9 to be detachably by a wing bolt 12. One or plural small ventilation ports are provided in a left side surface of the cutting chip receiving box 10 at a position above a base 1. Scattered chip is guided by the cutting chip guide plate 9 to be stored in the cutting chip receiving box 10. Wind getting into the cutting chip receiving box 10 flows to the ventilation port 11 to get out.
