Abstract:
PURPOSE:To select the latest cutting condition among actual cutting conditions and to improve the efficiency by registering a used cutting condition and its use date in an area of a tool file which corresponds to a tool. CONSTITUTION:The tool file where tool data which prescribe the kind, material, size, etc., of tools are registered corresponding to the tools is provided with areas where cutting conditions and use date data are stored and registered, tool by tool. A control means selects automatically the cutting condition having the newest use date by corresponding tool when the cutting condition is set. When it is judged that the cutting condition which is used is superior, an operator registers the cutting condition, registration date, etc., in the tool file. Consequently, when a cutting condition is selected, the cutting condition having the latest registration date among the cutting conditions registered in the fields of the tools is selected automatically.
