To provide a cutting device improved in cutting accuracy.
This cutting device 100 is equipped with: a rotating shaft 110, cutting blades 120, 120, ... which are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 110 and the projections of which can be changed in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 110; and a pivotally supporting member 130 for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft 110. The cutting device machines the inner peripheral surfaces of crank holes 2, 2, ... formed in a cylinder block 1. The cutting device is further equipped with: a pivotally supporting member for adjustment 141 which pivotally supports the rotating shaft 110 removed from the pivotally supporting member 130; and a dial gauge 145 which is fixed to the pivotally supporting member for adjustment 141 so that the position thereof relative to the pivotally supporting member for adjustment 141 is held and which measures the projected amount of the cutting blades 120, 120, ... attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 110 which is pivotally supported by the pivotally supporting member for adjustment 141 in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 110 using the pivotally supporting member for adjustment 141 as a reference.
