The radial carcass ply 6 is cut from a right edge to the left edge. The radial carcass ply 6 is vertically cut on the surface since the thickness direction of the radial carcass ply 6 sandwiched by the upper roller 111, and the lower rollers 121, 122 and the extending direction of the cutting blade 13 are maintained to be perpendicular each other.
