Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device to bring a weld H-shaped steel with a hole type cutter during cutting conveyance into contact with a hole type cutter and prevent provision of a decreased life for the cutter and the occurrence of a flaw to a steel surface.
SOLUTION: This cutting device comprises a fixed blade 16 having a hole type cutter 16a through which a flange of an H-shape steel 11 passes in a horizontal plane and a hole type cutter 17a in the same shape; and a moving blade 17 movable in an oblique downward direction crossing a conveyance direction and arranged in juxtaposition with the fixed blade 16. Two sets of guide rollers 24 and 25 are arranged in a position, further approaching the H-shape steel 11 than the cutting edge of the hole type cutter 17a in a manner to make contact with both the lower flange outer surface of an H-shape steel 11 and a web plane on the side, spaced away from the moving blade 17 through movement during cutting, and guide rollers 24 and 25 are arranged in a position to further approach the H-shape steel 11 than the cutting edge of the hole type cutter 16a of the fixed blade 16 in a manner to make contact with a web plane on the spaced-away side. Contact between the H-shape steel 11 and the fixed blade 16 and between the moving blade 17 and the hole type cutter 16a is prevented from occurring.
