To provide a cutting device having a cutting blade replacement function which can replace with a suitable cutting blade in accordance with a kind or a machining condition of an article to be machined, even when the kind or machining condition of the article to be machined is different.

The cutting device includes: a chuck table mechanism 3 which holds the article to be machined; cutting means 6a, 6b which have the cutting blade for cutting the article to be machined held by the chuck table mechanism, and a rotary spindle fitted with the cutting blade; blade racks 71a, 71b which have blade storage means for storing the cutting blade to be replaced; and a blade replacement means 7 which exchanges the cutting blade fitted on the rotary spindle with the cutting blade to be replaced stored in the blade rack, wherein the blade rack has a plurality of blade storage parts for storing the plural kinds of cutting blades to be replaced.
