To provide a cutting device equipped with a cutting means which is configured to reduce an interval of two cutting blades without impairing attachability/detachability of the cutting blades to/from a mounting flange.
The cutting device is characterized in that it includes: a mounting flange 44 containing an annular receiving part which has a boss part with a male thread formed on the outer circumference and has an annular receiving face 444 integrally formed with the boss part; an annular cutting blade 41 which is mounted in contact with the annular receiving face 444 of the mounting flange 44; a fixing flange 45 having an insertion hole which is inserted into the boss part of the mounting flange 44 formed in the center and having an annular recessed part 452 which is formed surrounding the insertion hole; and a fixing nut 46 having a female screw hole which is screwed on the male screw of the boss part of the mounting flange 44 formed in the center, an outer circumferential holding part for holding formed in the outer circumference, an annular projected part 462 for engaging with the inner periphery of the annular recessed part 452 of the fixing flange 45, and an annular elastic member attached to the outer circumference of the annular projected part 462.
