Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of precisely cutting an outer periphery and an inner periphery of work without misalignment.SOLUTION: A cutting device A is provided with a pair of tailstock centers 2a and 2b which abuts on both ends of work 3 to rotatably support the work 3. On at least one of the tailstock center 2b of the pair of the tailstock centers 2a and 2b, a through-hole 20 capable of inserting a cutting tool 4C from a base end side to a tip end side of the tailstock center 2b is provided. The cutting tool 4C inserted in the through-hole 20 is made to enter a hole portion 36 or a recessed portion formed on the work 3, thereby cutting an inner periphery of the hole portion 36 or the recessed portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
