Abstract:
To provide a cutting device that can prevent aluminum from sticking to a mount.SOLUTION: Cutting means 5 includes: a spindle 50; a hub blade 54 having an annular grinding stone 542 disposed on an outer periphery of an annular base 541 having an opening 540 at the center; a mount 53 fixed to a tip of the spindle 50, having a male screw 534 formed at a tip thereof, and having an annular support surface 531 supporting one surface side of an annular base 541; an annular washer 58 having a fitting portion 581 that fits on the mount 53 and attached to the support surface 531; and a nut 56 that presses the hub blade 54 between the mount 53 and the nut via the washer 58 by spirally engaging with the male screw 534 at the tip of the mount 53. Using a cutting device in which the cutting means is disposed, a work-piece is cut and processed. The washer 58 is disposed between the mount 53 and the hub blade 54 and the hub blade 54 does not come into contact with the mount 53, so that sticking of aluminum to the mount 53 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
