PURPOSE: To make it possible to bring easily a cutter device into or out of a construction site by enabling a rail, a carriage, a transfer device, a rotary drive motor and a drive pulley to be divided and assembled as a division unit.

CONSTITUTION: A cutting device 1 comprises a rail 2, which serves as a base of the device and a reciprocally movable carriage 3 along the rail 2 and a transfer device 20 which moves the carriage 3 along the rail 2 and a rotary drive motor 38 supported by the carriage 3 and a drive pulley 39 which moves a wire saw W in the specified direction where the wire saw W is forcibly rotated by the rotary drive motor 38 wound up with the wire. Then, the device 1 is constructed so that it may be divided into and assembled with the rail 2, the carriage 3, the transfer deice 20, the rotary drive motor 38 and the drive pulley 39 as a division unit. When the device 1 is conveyed, the device 1 is divided into each unit and carried to an intended site separately and reassembled there.
