Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the product quality of architectural element by a method wherein a green sheet in continuous sheet form is cut with no disturbance in the manufacture of sheet-like architectural element by flow-on system.
CONSTITUTION: In order to obtain a sheet-like architectural element, slurry 1 is fed on water permeable sheet 2 circulating to definite direction so as to be dewatered under vacuum with a sucking means 11 provided below the sheet 2 in order to produce green sheet 3 in continuous sheet form for cutting in lengths and curing, a cutting head 19, which is movable to the width direction of the green sheet 3, is provided on a runner 18, which runs in synchronous with the movement of the green sheet 3.
