Abstract:

To provide a cutting and grinding processing method using a cutting and grinding processing oil agent satisfying both lubrication property and cooling property with sufficient balance from the aspect of processing efficiency, being hardly decayed and excellent in a waste liquid treatment property from the aspect of environment.

In the method for cutting and grinding a workpiece with easy waste liquid treatment excellent in both lubrication property and cooling property, the cutting and grinding processing oil agent containing 0.01-20 mass% of the moisture content comprising an extremely fine water drop based on the whole amount of the composition is fed to the processing portion.
