Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting liquid filter constructed simply and capable of sufficiently handling cutting liquids containing long chips, allowing easy maintenance and low cost supply.
SOLUTION: This device constituted by providing a filtering tank 1 having an introduction port 2 on one end and a diagonally rising part 3 to rise diagonally upward on the other end, setting a drum filter 15 on a base end part of the diagonally rising part 3, arranging a conveyor 5 mounting scrapers with proper intervals between each of them to an upper end part of the diagonally rising part from under the introduction port 2 in the filtering tank 1 through under the drum filter 15 and arranging a partition plate 7 curved along the conveyor 5 on the inside of the conveyor 5 at a part along the diagonally rising part 3 from the filtering tank 1 is provided with a gently inclined part 3b on a bottom surface 3a under an upper part of the diagonally rising part 3 and a discharge port 4 there, and an interval between a lower side circulating track of the conveyor 5 and the partition plate 7 is extended by changing the lower side circulating track of the conveyor 5 to the one along the gently inclined part 3b.
