Abstract:
To provide a cutting and flattening method with high productivity in a cutting method for flattening resist and plating wire with high accuracy, while using a plurality of cutting tools and vibrating the cutting tools.
The plurality of cutting tools 1 arranged by adjusting a relative distance from a workpiece 3 so that cutting quality in each of the cutting tools 1 may be prescribed quantity are made to cut up to prescribed depths. Subsequently, feed cutting is performed in a direction orthogonal to a rotary main spindle direction.
