Abstract:
To provide a cutting method which can obtain the durability of a tool by using a coolant suitable to a machine tool for high-speed cutting applied to the three dimensional forming work of a metal mold.
In a cutting method using a coolant together with a cutting tool having a opened coolant hole near a cutting edge, a low temperature coolant which is 1∼70kgf/cm2 in coolant pressure and -10∼20°C in temperature of its medium is used for the cutting method.
