Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously or almost simultaneously cut a pair of brake disks by a pair of disk face cutting device based on the cut obtained from the wear amount after the wear amount of a pair of brake disks is simultaneously or almost simultaneously measured.
SOLUTION: In a method in which a pair of wheel parts 4b and a pair of brake disks 5a, 5b by a pair of cutting devices which are arranged opposite to each other in the axial direction of an axle of wheels 1, a pair of wheel parts are almost simultaneously cut by a tool fitted to a turret head 33b which is provided on a tool rest 20b of a pair of working devices 3b in a turningly dividing, and opposite manner, and a pair of brake disks 5a, 5b are almost simultaneously cut by a pair of disk face cutting devices 36b provided on each forward part 34 side of a pair of turret heads 33b.
