This method for cutting out mandrels for braiding by using a device to be used therefor comprises receiving many mandrels (m) into a stocker 3 in a first stage, cutting out the mandrels received into the stocker 3 in the first stage into a stocker 5 in a second stage by using a first mandrel cutting out means 4 provided in the first stage stocker 3, then cutting out the mandrels into the second stage stocker 5 by a second mandrel cutting out means 6 provided in the second stage stocker 5, and supplying them one by one continuously and intermi ttently to a braider.
