PURPOSE: To enable the cutting of the body to be cut with its classifying into a lacing part and other parts by composing it so as to respectively perform the offtake of a cutting body from the front side of a work table and the lacing part offtake of the cutting body from the work table this side.

CONSTITUTION: The first cutting is performed by a cutting edge 4, a feeding motor 32 is again started with the stoppage of the driving of a cutting motor 18 at the time when the cutting edge 4 is returned to a constant position with its ascent and stopped by advancing a clamp device D by the cutting width part with the rotation of the feeding shaft of a feeding mechanism in the specific quantity(the set rotation quantity input). In such a case the cutting motor 18 is driven again, the 2nd cutting is performed by the cutting edge 4, the cutting operation by the feeding action in the specific quantity by the driving of the feeding motor 32 and the driving of the cutting motor 18 similarly thereafter and all of the set cuttings of the body W to be cut are performed. The clamp device D is then restored to the original position simultaneously with the cutting completion by the motor 32 just as gripping the lacing part Wa of the body W to be cut.
