PURPOSE: To cut and remove a marking line or display tape with a specified depth with a high accuracy even when the road surface is uneven.
CONSTITUTION: A working machine-elevating rail 20 is provided to one side 11a of the bear vehicular body 11 to enable a working machine elevator 21 to vertically move along the rail 20 by an elevating cylinder 23. A rotor case 27 is attached to the elevator 21 in a vertically and downwardly rocking manner by permitting the cylinder 23 to be expanded or contracted freely by external forces. A traverse floating mechanism 29 is provided between the rotor case 27 and the elevator 21 and a front caster mechanism 44 to vertically move a caster 42 is attached to the elevator 21. Also, a rear caster mechanism 50 to vertically move a caster 48 is attached to the rotor case 27.
