To provide a cutting tool for an inorganic fiber mat which is highly safe, when cutting the inorganic fiber mat, and when replacing a blade.SOLUTION: A cutting tool for an inorganic fiber mat comprises two panels 11, 12 provided with a guide space 15 for inorganic fiber mat insertion, a cutting blade 20 sandwiched between the two panels 11, 12, and arranged so that the blade is exposed into the guide space 15, and a set of rubber magnet sheets sandwiched between the two panels 11, 12, for fixing the cutting blade 20 by sandwiching a longer direction of the cutting blade 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
