Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply facilitate positioning and shrinkage fitting.
SOLUTION: The guide part 14 of a tool 12 is inserted into a hole part 6 formed in a tool holder 3 for positioning at ambient temperature. The outer diameter of a cylindrical tool main body 13 of the tool 12 is D1, the outer diameter of the cylindrical guide part 14 coaxially projected out of its end surface 13a is D2 (<D1), and the inner diameter(d) of the hole part 6 is smaller than D1 and slightly larger than D2 at ambient temperature. By heating the supporting part 7 of the tool holder 3 under a positioning condition the tool main body 13 is dropped in the hole part 6 following the guide part 14. The difference in size between the outer diameter D1 of the tool main body and the inner diameter(d) of the hole part 6 serves as an interference.
