Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make cutting velocities same at its inner surface and outer surface by almost eliminating the difference of the cutting length per a definite time at its inner surface and outer surface of a corner part of a shaped steel, and to prevent generating faults of a notch, a scoop, or a drivel, etc., on the cutting surface of the corner before it happens by slowly changing the angle of the cutting torch.
CONSTITUTION: The attitude of a cutting torch is controlled so that the axial line of the cutting torch 26 asses through an arbitrary point G separated to the separating direction from a corner part from the center point (0) of corner arc 1d formed on the inside surface of the corner part 1c of a shaped steel 1. A torch axial line passing point setting means 31 to set the arbitrary point G, and an attitude controlling means 32 to control the attitude of the cutting torch so that the cutting torch's axial line passes through the arbitrary point G set with this torch axial line passing point setting means are provided.
