Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting and washing device of waste plastics where dirt and residues, etc., adhering to or being included in the finely cut pieces of the waste plastics are efficiently washed away by rotating agitation blades.SOLUTION: A cutting and washing device of waste plastics comprises: a supply port 7 to throw in the residue-adhering waste plastics; a cylindrical part 6 a part of which has a continuous opening connected to the supply port 7; a plurality of agitation blades 2 radially disposed around a rotation shaft 4 rotatively driven in the cylindrical part 6; a shredding cutter 9 attached at the peripheral wall of the cylindrical part 6 so as to turn a cutting edge part 8 toward the rotation shaft 4; and an injection port 3 to spray water for washing the waste plastics. The waste plastics is cut with the agitation blades 2 and shredding cutter 9 and washed.
