Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance, inexpensive cyclone separator by arranging a cap consisting of a cylindrical part having an inflow port and an inner cylinder inserting through a top plate for closing the cylindrical part in the upper part of a main body part consisting of glass or the like integrally having a conical part in the lower part of a cylindrical shell part.
SOLUTION: A cutting oil containing turnings is forcibly fed to a main body part 1 from an outside inflow part 14 through an inflow pipe 3 and a cap 2 and is turned in the main body part 1. Turnings of large mass are transferred to the outer peripheral part of the main body part 1, a cutting oil not containing tunings, that is, a clean cutting oil of small mass is transferred to an axial center part of the main body part 1. After that, cutting oil containing a lot of turnings of large mass sinks along the outer peripheral part of a comical part 1b by gravity and flows out to the outside from the lower end part thereof through a discharge pipe 20. On the other hand, after the clean cutting oil of small mass moves upward in an inner cylinder 4 and flows out to the upper part of a case 10, it flows out to outside the case 10 from an outside outflow pipe 16. By the way, the main body part 1 is formed of glass or porcelain to improve corrosion resistance and surface smoothness thereof.
