EXAMPLE: A compound of formula II.
USE: Protective or therapeutic medicines for thrombosis.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula III (R5 and R6 are either such that when one of them is H, the other is hydroxyl, or form O; R7 is isopropenyl, acetyl, isopropyl, 1-hydroxyethyl or acetyloxy) or its antipode is reacted with a compound of formula R8OH (R8 is alkyl or aryl) to obtain the objective cyclopentanecarboxylic acid derivative of the formula I.
