Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device to easily perform work horizontally placing a fork or front tilt operation at a high lift height even without a skilled worker, by supplying operating oil to and discharging it from a tilt cylinder in cooperation of a manually operated direction switching valve with a solenoid valve of simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A tilt cylinder 9 tilting a fork with a mast is connected to a tilting control valve 22 through pipe lines 42a, 42b, in both the pipe lines 42a, 42b, a pilot operating check valve 43, 44 is provided so as to direct a forward direction toward the tilt cylinder 9. In each pilot operating check valve 43, 44, respectively through a switching valve 45, 46, supply of pilot pressure to a pilot pressure supply port 43a, 44a is controlled. An on/off solenoid valve 37 is placed in an on-condition when a tilt lever 13 is in front tilt operation, and controlled so as to be placed in an off-condition when a mast angle obtains a prescribed angle. When, the tilt lever 13 is rear tilt operated, when the mast angle obtains 0 degree, the valve is controlled in an on-condition.
