Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and durability with regard to a seal member by preferably maintaining the seal performance of a check seal.SOLUTION: A seal member 11 includes: an annular plate body 12 that is disposed on the protrusion of a piston rod 6 end side of a rod guide 7 so as to surround the piston rod 6, and retained on the upper end side of an external cylinder 2; a rod seal 13 that is provided on the inner peripheral side of the annular plate body 12 and slidably seals between the rod seal and the piston rod 6; and a check seal 14 that is located between a reservoir chamber A and an oil holding chamber C, provided in the annular plate body 12, and allows working fluid 4 in the oil holding chamber C to flow toward the reservoir chamber A while blocking the reverse flowing, in which the rod seal 13 and the check seal 14 are formed using organic materials different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
