Abstract:
To provide a cylinder device capable of reducing its weight and cost.SOLUTION: A cylinder device C1 in the present invention comprises: a cylinder body 1 having a cylinder 2, a piston 3 that divides the inside of the cylinder 2 into a rod-side chamber 5 and a piston-side chamber 6, and a rod 4 connected to the piston 3; a tank 8; a first on-off valve 12; a second on-off valve 14; an attenuation passage 21 through which liquid passes when the cylinder body 1 expands and contracts; a bypass attenuation passage 25 parallel to the attenuation passage 21; an attenuation valve 22 provided in the attenuation passage 21; a bypass attenuation passage attenuation valve 26 provided in the bypass attenuation passage 25; and a direction switching valve 28 that is provided upstream of the attenuation valve 22, opens the attenuation passage 21 and blocks the bypass attenuation passage 25 when a pressure on the upstream side is less than a predetermined pressure, and blocks the attenuation passage 21 and opens the bypass attenuation passage 25 when the pressure on the upstream side is equal to or larger than the predetermined pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
