Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely detect the position of a piston, by coupling a screw to the piston with the use of change nuts, and as well by providng a detector for detecting the rotating amount of the screw, at the end of the screw. CONSTITUTION:A screw 9 is meshed with change nuts 28, 29 provided to a piston 27, and a detector 11 for detecting the rotating amount of the screw 9 is provided at the end of the screw 9. With this arrangement, the screw 9 is rotated in association with the movement of the piston 27, and the moving distance and position of the piston 27 may be computed by detecting the rotating amount of the screw 9, thereby the position of the piston 27 may be precisely detected.
