Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing workability of a cylinder groove.
SOLUTION: This gas cylinder groove processing device 20 for gas cylinder device, which forms a cylinder groove 6 capable of generating elongating side damping force at the inner circumference of the cylinder of the gas cylinder device, is provided with a slide member 21 which can be stored in the cylinder, is disposed so as to rotate with a processing roller protruding and has a guide roller 24 at the opposing position of the processing roller 26, and a guide member 22 where a main guide surface 27 and the first to fourth sub guide surfaces 28A to 28D formed in a line. The sub-guide surface guides the guide roller 24 of the slide member 21 to bring the processing roller 26 into no contact with the inner surface of the cylinder. The main guide surface guides the guide roller 24 of the slide member 21 to bring the processing roller 26 into contact with the inner surface of the cylinder and make this cylinder extendable outwards. By relative movement of the slide member 21 to the cylinder of the slide member 21 and the guide member 22, a cylinder groove 6 is formed with the processing roller.
