Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a cylinder roll using a film-ballade plating method, can easily peel a copper plating layer and a chromium plating layer being plate materials, relative to a direct joining copper plating method, so that cost for plate production for reuse can be reduced, but when producing a new cylinder roll, a base copper plating and surface finishing by polishing are required to a base material, so that cost increases relative to the direct joining copper plating method.SOLUTION: The invention is configured such that base copper plating processing for creating a ballade layer using a film-ballade plating method is not performed, a ballade fixer is coated to the inside of a nickel strike plating tank, and during ballade fixer coating, a lid closes a nickel plating tank, therefore creation of an oxide film on a nickel plating surface can be suppressed, the ballade fixer is directly coated onto the strike nickel plating surface, for creating a stable ballade layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
