To perform a sucking action and a blowing-off action by a single hand by providing a counter rotating mechanism reversing each movement of a piston and an operating member for a connection member connecting the piston with an external operation member moving the piston.

A connection member 4 which is integrally provided for a piston 3 slidably incorporated in a sealed condition in the inside of a cylinder 1, is hanged over two counter rotating rollers 2 pivotally supported by the cylinder 1, and furthermore a spring 7 is interposed between the piston 3 at its one end and a receiving seat 1a provided for the cylinder 1 at the other end while being energized. When a sucking action is to be performed with an operation member 5 actuated, pressing the connection member 4 at the middle of the two counter rotating rollers 2 by the use of the press plate 5a of the operation member 5, allows the piston 3 to be pushed in against the energizing spring 7, so that the piston 3 is thereby operated. The moving direction of the piston 3 is opposite with respect to that of the operation member 5, however the quantity of its movement and its velocity are identical to those of the operation member.
