PURPOSE: To obtain a cylindrical body having good endurance and impact resistance by forming an external cylinder, by winding and rewinding a fiber material impregnated with a resin from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder to the outer peripheral surface of the attaching member, and positioning and fixing a member to be attached over the hooked portion of the attaching member to the end portion of the outer cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical attaching member 22 which has more than one of hooking portion 23 of fiber material 27 on the outer periphery is fitted to the end portion in axial direction of an inner long-sized cylinder 21. Next, an outer cylinder 26 is formed by winding a fiber material 27 impregnated with a resin while rewinding over the outer peripheral surface of the attaching member 22 from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 21. Then, the members to be attached such as division ring 28 are positioned and attached through the hooking part 23 of attaching member 22 to the end portion in axial direction of the outer cylinder 26. In this way, the strength of the fiber material 27 is utilized and the attaching member 22 can be strongly integrated with the outer cylinder 26 and the inner cylinder 21, and the member to be attached can be definitely positioned, thus obtaining a cylindrical body having good endurance and impact resistance.
