The present invention provides, inter alia, a cylindrical member (1) that has a inner-layer member (2) and an outer-layer member (3), wherein the cylindrical member (1) is characterized in that: the outer surface of the inner-layer member (2) and the inner surface of the outer-layer member (3) are disposed so as to be separable; the inner-layer member (2) has one end part (2a) and another end part (2b) at the two respective circumferential ends of the cylindrical member (1); the outer-layer member (3) has one end part (3a) and another end part (3b) at the two respective circumferential ends of the cylindrical member (1); the one end part (3a) of the outer-layer member (3) is disposed on the outer surface of the one end part (2a) of the inner-layer member (2); the other end part (3b) of the outer-layer member (3) is disposed on the outer surface of the other end part (2b) of the inner-layer member (2); and the inner surface of the one end part (2a) of the inner-layer member (2) and the outer surface of the other end part (3b) of the outer-layer member (3) overlap each other, and are joined with a joining strength greater than that in the separable layering between the outer surface of the inner-layer member (2) and the inner surface of the outer-layer member (3).
