Abstract:
To solve the problem that in manufacturing a conventional p-type and n-type material integrated thermoelectric transducer, a processing is difficult, chips or cracks with the processing occur easily, and also a long time is required at a high cost.
In a thermoelectric transducer, a shape of the device is set as a cylindrical shape, and a system of generation a power is taken by having a difference in a temperature between the inside and outside of the cylinder. For this reason, after sintering, the processing such as cutting or the like required in the prior art is unwanted and a cylindrical sintered body itself forms the thermoelectric transducer.
